Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern Qloner’s affiliate program. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything below is unclear, ask us before you join rather than after.

Joining the program

Enrolment is open, but every application is reviewed and approved manually. We read each one ourselves, so approval is not instant and is not guaranteed. We will normally come back to you within a few business days.

  • You must be able to receive payment in your own name, at your own PayPal account.
  • One affiliate account per person or business. Duplicate accounts are closed.
  • You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of Qloner, and you may not describe yourself as any of those.
  • We may decline or close an application without giving a detailed reason, including when a channel’s existing content makes claims about trading outcomes that Qloner cannot stand behind.

Commission

Approved affiliates earn 25% commission on every payment made by a subscriber attributed to them, recurring for the lifetime of that subscription. It is not limited to the first payment and not capped at a number of months.

  • Commission is calculated on the amount Qloner actually collects, after any discount or coupon the subscriber used.
  • If a payment is refunded, reversed, or lost to a chargeback, the commission on it is reversed from your balance - identified and applied by hand during our monthly reconciliation (there is no automatic clawback), typically the next time we run payouts. A refund identified after that commission was already paid out is recovered from your next accrual, never invoiced back to you.
  • Free trials, comped accounts, and internal test accounts earn no commission, because no payment is collected.
  • A subscriber who cancels and later returns is attributed again under the rules below, which may credit a different affiliate.

How a referral is attributed to you

Attribution is last click, with a 60 day window. If someone arrives through your link and subscribes within 60 days, the sale is credited to you. If they click a different affiliate’s link after yours and before subscribing, the credit goes to that affiliate instead.

  • Attribution depends on a cookie in the visitor’s browser. A visitor who blocks cookies, clears them, or switches device or browser before subscribing cannot be attributed, and we have no way to recover that credit after the fact.
  • Coupon codes do not depend on a cookie at all. If you are issued a personal code, any subscriber who uses it is attributed to you regardless of how they arrived.
  • We do not backdate or manually reassign attribution on request. The mechanism is the mechanism, for everyone.

Payouts

Payouts are made monthly, by PayPal, once your balance reaches $30. At 25% that is roughly 5 referred subscribers.

  • A balance below $30 carries over to the following month and keeps accruing. It is not forfeited and it does not expire while your account is in good standing.
  • Payouts are issued by hand during a monthly run, not the instant your balance crosses the floor, so expect your first payment in the month after you reach it.
  • You are responsible for giving us a valid PayPal address. We cannot recover a payment sent to an address you gave us incorrectly.
  • PayPal’s own fees and any currency conversion are deducted by PayPal, not by Qloner, and come out of the amount you receive.
  • Commission is paid gross. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may need tax or identity information from you before a first payout.

Creator tier

The creator tier pays 35% recurring instead of 25%, and comes with a personal coupon code that gives your audience 10% off their first month. It is granted by invitation, case by case, and it is not something you can apply for as a right. Every other term on this page applies to it unchanged, and we may return a creator-tier account to the standard rate if the arrangement it was granted for ends.

What ends an affiliate account

These close an account, and forfeit any unpaid balance connected to the conduct:

  • Referring yourself, your own additional accounts, or anyone acting on your behalf.
  • Fake, incentivised, or automated signups, or any attempt to manufacture attribution for a sale you did not cause.
  • Bidding on Qloner’s brand terms in paid search, or running ads that could be mistaken for Qloner’s own.
  • Claiming or implying guaranteed profits, guaranteed prop-firm passes, or any trading outcome. Qloner is a trade-copying and risk-management tool, and it does not make anybody money by itself.
  • Telling an audience that Qloner is permitted by a specific prop firm. Rules vary by firm and it is always the trader’s own responsibility to confirm.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or misrepresenting your relationship with Qloner.

Your obligations when you promote Qloner

  • Disclose that your link or code earns you a commission, wherever the law or the platform requires it. Most do.
  • Describe Qloner accurately, including what it does not do. If you are unsure whether a claim is true, ask us and we will tell you straight.
  • Use the Qloner name and wordmark as provided, without altering them or implying endorsement of your own trading, signals, or education products.

Changes and ending the program

We may change the commission rate, the payout floor, the attribution window, or any other term of this program, and we may end the program entirely. Where a change reduces what you earn, we will give you reasonable notice by email first rather than changing it silently.

If the program ends, or if we close your account for any reason other than the conduct listed above, commission already accrued is still paid out in the next monthly run once it reaches $30. Attribution stops at the date the program ends; lifetime commission means the lifetime of the subscription while the program is running, not a permanent entitlement that survives it.
