Risk Disclosure

Please read carefully

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You could lose more than your initial investment.

Trading Risks

  • Futures are highly leveraged instruments that can result in large losses quickly
  • Market volatility may cause prices to gap past stop-loss orders
  • Technical failures may prevent trade execution or synchronization
  • Propagation delays could result in different entry/exit prices across accounts

Synchronization Risks

  • Qloner is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any broker, trading platform, or prop firm (see our Trademarks & Third-Party Notices)
  • Broker API changes may temporarily disrupt synchronization
  • Partial fills on the leader account may result in different fill prices on follower accounts
  • Users are responsible for monitoring all accounts independently

Prop Firm-Specific Risks

  • Your prop firm, not Qloner, decides whether a trade violates its rules. A correctly-copied trade can still breach your firm's own position-size, restricted-hours, news-event, or consistency rules, resulting in an evaluation failure or funded account termination through no error by Qloner
  • Qloner enforces the daily-loss and daily-profit limits you configure, not your firm's limits directly. If your configured limits fall out of sync with your firm's actual current rules (the firm changes them, or you copy a configuration between accounts), you can breach your firm's real limit before Qloner's protection triggers, or have Qloner lock an account more conservatively than your firm requires
  • Evaluation and funded accounts often carry different rules from the same firm (loss limits, consistency requirements, or news-trading restrictions can differ). Reusing a follower configuration across account types without adjusting it can apply the wrong limits
  • Prop firms commonly restrict trading around scheduled high-impact news events. Propagation delay between a leader's fill and a follower's fill means a follower position can remain open into a restricted window even when the leader's own trade complied with it
  • Account termination is entirely your prop firm's decision. Qloner is not a party to your agreement with your prop firm and has no ability to appeal, reverse, or influence its enforcement decisions
