Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qloner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

Service Description

Qloner provides trade synchronization services between your brokerage accounts. We are an independent third-party tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brokers, trading platforms, or prop firms named or shown on this site. All third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners. See our Trademarks & Third-Party Notices.

Operator

This service is operated by Qloner, the named legal entity responsible for the platform. Additional registration details are available upon reasonable request to support@qloner.com.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences
• You must comply with your broker's and prop firm's terms of service, and confirm that copy trading, automation, and third-party tools are permitted on every account you connect
• You are responsible for monitoring synchronized trades for accuracy
• You must maintain the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability

Qloner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, synchronization errors, or other damages arising from use of our service. You use Qloner at your own risk.

Refund Policy

Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate Qloner before being charged. Once a paid billing period begins, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qloner is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact support@qloner.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qloner's place of establishment.
